Continual market updates. I will keep an eye on the market in your neighborhood, so you know where you stand. This keeps you informed and on top of the current market.

Offer staging advice and ideas to show your home in the best possible light. I also make suggestions on repairs or improvements. If we need to find a professional or trade service, I can refer you to someone that I trust.

I get feedback from other agents who show your home, to find out what they liked, what they didn't and what other homes they viewed. We get their opinion of price by comparison. This gives us the opportunity to make changes or improve our chances of selling the home.

Weekly calls or email updates. To discuss showings, strategy, marketing and other concerns or thoughts either of us have.

A lockbox is provided for you. This provides access for agents to show your home and security to you.

WPAFB - Market and discuss your home with the contacts that I have at WPAFB. Having these contacts makes it possible to know when there are going to be civilian and military transfers into the area.

Open houses will be done approximately every month. Open house advertising will be done in the Dayton Daily News Online and on 7 other websites. Directional signs will be used to bring guest to your open house.

200 Color Post Cards or Flyers sent to your neighborhood to help market your home. Neighbors often know someone who wants to move.
